We had tried to sell our home in the past, but our price point and location didn't lend itself to being high on the priority list of other agents. Even though our home's price point was much lower than what Cynthia usually deals with, you wouldn't know it by the attention and effort Cynthia gave to our home. Cynthia even had a professional photographer come out to take pictures of our home (our other agents just used their phone). Her guidance on staging and prepping the home was excellent and turned our "lived in" home into something from a magazine, but wasn't costly. The day after listing, we received multiple offers above our asking price. Cynthia held our hands through the whole negotiation, due diligence, appraisal and closing processes making sure that all parties were on point and holding up their end of the bargain and timeline. • "Cynthia is incredible! Selling a home can be so stressful but if you just listen to her and do what she advises, everything will be great. Cynthia has helped us sell two different homes. The first home was a small starter home in a starter home neighborhood. I thought it'd be too small potatoes for someone as highly recommended as Cynthia but she made us feel like we were her biggest clients.
